The Withers Swash mixed-use development is part of the revitalization of Downtown Myrtle Beach.  This project includes a variety of components that will provide the area with a place to live, work, and play.  The residential component allows for users to live close to work.  A few of the bottom floor commercial spaces would provide a live/work component.  The property sits at an ecological feature know as Withers Swash.  The proposed frisbee golf course winds through Withers Park with a few of the holes actually crossing over the Swash.   There are many ecological projects currently in place, such as the Oyster Reef Restoration Project.  I was assigned to this project while working with tag architecture and inForm Studio

Clarke Main Street is a perfect example of collaboration between architecture, planning, and landscape design. TruDesign Studio worked alongside E3 Studio to develop a mixed-use project that will offer the community a place to eat, live, and shop.
